| 技術摘要 / Our Technology： |
一種有機薄膜電晶體及其製造方法。該方法包括以下步驟：在一容器中，提供一基板，其一面上方形成有一第一圖案化電極；於該基板上，形成一介電層，以覆蓋該第一圖案化電極；於該介電層上，形成一對第二圖案化電極，並在該對第二圖案化電極之間保留一縫隙，該縫隙對應該第一圖案化電極；形成一有機半導體層，其填滿並覆蓋該縫隙；以及提供一高於75%飽和蒸氣壓之氣化溶劑，使該有機半導體層呈現膨潤態且具有流動性，能進行再流動(reflow)，並使大部分之有機半導體分子離開該縫隙，留下有機半導體層於該縫隙中。
An organic thin-film transistor and method for manufacturing the same. The method comprises steps of: providing a substrate in a container and forming a first patterned electrode on one side of the substrate; forming a dielectric layer on the substrate to cover the first patterned electrode; forming a pair of second electrodes on the dielectric layer, wherein a gap corresponding to the first patterned electrode is formed between the pair of second electrodes; forming an organic semiconductor layer to fill and cover the gap; and providing an over 75% saturated vaporized solvent so that the organic semiconductor layer swells with flowability to reflow.
