技術摘要:
本發明提供一種促進生物活性物質傳遞進入細胞內之方法,包含:提供一奈米基材,其中該奈米基材係設置於一底板之表面;提供一細胞及一含有欲傳遞進入該細胞內之生物活性物質的溶液;以及在該奈米基材上種殖該細胞,並加入該欲傳遞進入該細胞內之生物活性物質的溶液。本發明之奈米基材之表面形態,可使細胞之細胞骨架重新排列,故,不需要載體或轉染試劑,即可促進細胞移動並吞噬生物活性物質,達到核生物活性物質的傳遞並且縮短所需之時間。與傳統方法相比不僅可降低細胞毒性,更可增加傳遞的效率。 The present invention provides a method for enhancing biomolecule delivery into cells, comprising: providing a nano-structured substrate, wherein the nano-structured substrate is disposed on a surface of a base; providing a cell and a solution containing the biomolecule designated to be delivered into the cell; and seeding the cell on the nano-structured substrate while adding the solution containing the biomolecule designated to be delivered into the cell. The nanotopography of the nano-structured substrate of the present invention can induce rearrangements of the cytoskeleton of the cell; hence, without the need of any vector or transfection agent, the delivery of the biomolecule into the cell is achieved and the time required to accomplish such is shortened though enhancing the motility of the cell and the intake of biomolecule by the cell. Comparing with the conventional methods, the present invention can not only reduce cytotoxicity but also promote the efficiency of delivery.
