| 技術摘要 / Our Technology： |
一種包括藥物及藥物載體之複合物，其中，該載體係晶狀無定形之多孔洞氧化鈦奈米粒子。該複合物中，用於承載藥物之氧化鈦奈米粒子係利用烷氧基鈦作為鈦源，進行水熱反應而形成，該氧化鈦奈米粒子之晶狀係無定形且具有多孔洞之特定，對細胞不具有毒性，可用於裝載不具細胞穿透性的藥物，形成複合物，特別適合應用於標靶投藥。
Disclosed is a composite containing a drug and a drug carrier, wherein the carrier is essentially composed of amorphous titanium dioxide nanoparticles. The titanium dioxide nanoparticles are porous and formed by hydrothermal reaction in the presence of a titanium source having a titanium alkoxy group. The amorphous titanium dioxide nanoparticles are free of cytotoxicity and suitable for carrying a drug that is not cell permeable to form a composite for target therapy.
