| 技術摘要 / Our Technology： |
本發明揭露一種奈米粗化陣列結構之製造方法，其係藉由對一金屬薄膜進行退火處理所形成的複數個金屬球狀部作為後續蝕刻製程使用的遮罩，以於一載體元件層之表面形成奈米粗化陣列結構。本發明提供簡易且快速的製造方法，從而降低製造奈米粗化陣列結構之成本。
The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a nano roughing array structure. The nano roughing array structure is manufactured on a support element layer using self-assembled metal particles as an etching mask and subsequent etching process. The self-assembled metal particles are formed by annealing a metal film. The present invention provides a simple and fast manufacturing method, thereby reducing manufacturing cost of the nano roughing array structure.
