本案係關於一種在快熱製程中利用氣體切換以提高絕緣層穩定度的方法，該方法係在降溫瞬間快熱製程中，利用氣體交換，避免於降溫過程中，成長較劣質的絕緣層，以求更高品質的絕緣層。
The present invention is related to a method of using gas switching to increase the insulation layer stability in rapid thermal process. At the instant of cooling in rapid thermal process, gas switching is used to prevent growing insulation layer with poor quality in the cooling procedure so as to obtain high-quality insulation layer.
