本發明揭露一種熱梯度連通式絕氧培養裝置，包括一中空容器、一密閉上蓋體、一加熱器及一冷卻器；中容器具有容置空間，容置空間內可置入填充物，搭配法蘭式上蓋體設計及銅片，能將有效鎖緊並達封氧之效果；加熱器及冷卻器使本系統達到穩態之溫度梯度，而不同高度之側孔設計，能觀察不同溫度梯度之填充物狀態；本裝置可用於任何微生物之培養，同時觀察整個微生物活動及代謝生成物之偵控。
This invention discloses a thermal gradient communicated anaerobic culturing device, comprising a hollow container, a sealing upper cover, a heater, and a cooler. The hollow container has a receiving space in which a filler can be placed, and with the use of flange-type upper cover and a copper plate, the container can be airtight fastened to achieve air insulation. The heater and the cooler ensure the stable temperature gradient of the system, and the side holes at different heights allow observation of filler state within different temperature gradient levels. This device can be used for culturing any microbe and allowing observation and detection of microbe activity and metabolism.
