| 技術摘要 / Our Technology： |
本發明提供一種黃銅礦(chalcopyrite)粉末之製備方法，包括以下步驟：將IB族化合物、IIIA族化合物與VIA族化合物溶於一溶劑中以製備一離子溶液：將該離子溶液、界面活性劑與油相溶液混合以得到一前驅物溶液；以及將該前驅物溶液進行一熱處理製程(thermal process)以得到該黃銅礦(chalcopyrite)粉末。
The invention provides a fabrication method for chalcopyrite powder, comprising: dissolving a Group IB compound, a Group IIIA compound and a Group VIA compound in an solvent to form an ion solution; the ion solution, a surfactant and an oil phase are mixed to obtain a precursor solution; and subjecting of the precursor solution to a thermal process to obtain the chalcopyrite powder
