一種藉由介電常數差異增強週期性結構上之電磁波能量密度的方法及其奈米結構,該方法包括下列步驟:提供一具有週期性結構之載體;在該載體上覆蓋一介電常數大於該載體之介電常數且內含一待測物質之流體;以及以一波長大於該載體週期長度的電磁波照射該流體。該奈米結構包括:一載體,其具有一基層以及複數位於該基層上的週期性結構,該等週期性結構之間具有複數容置空間;以及一流體,其介電常數大於該載體之介電常數,且其內含一待測物質,該流體係位於該容置空間。藉由上述之方法及其奈米結構,可增加感測該待測物質的準確度以及精確度。
This invention relates to a method to enhance electromagnetic energy density of periodic structure through dielectric coefficient difference, and its nano-structure. The method includes the following steps: providing a carrier that has periodic structure; covering a fluid on the carrier, where the dielectric coefficient is higher than that of the carrier and the fluid contains the substance to be tested; using an electromagnetic wave that has a wave length longer than that of the carrier to radiate the fluid. The nano-structure includes a carrier that has a substrate layer and a plurality of periodic structures on the substrate layer, where the periodic structures has a plurality of accommodating space between each other; and a fluid, whose dielectric coefficient is higher than that of the carrier, and fluid contains a substance to be tested and is located in the accommodating spaces. By means of the abovementioned method and its nano-structure, the detection accuracy and precision of the to-be-tested substance can be increased.
