本申請案揭示一種磁場感測裝置及其製造方法。此磁場感測裝置包括：至少一第一激磁線圈、一閉迴路線圈、至少一第一感應線圈與一第二感應線圈、以及一運算裝置。此一第一激磁線圈產生一磁通量。此閉迴路線圈感應磁通量產生一迴路電流。此一第一感應線圈與一第二感應線圈感應此閉迴路線圈，且分別產生一第一感應電壓與一第二感應電壓。此運算裝置接收第一感應電壓與第二感應電壓，並運算第一感應電壓與第二感應電壓，據以計算出此閉迴路線圈所感應一外加磁場之強度。
The application is related to a magnetic field sensor device and manufacture method thereof. The magnetic field sensor device includes at least one first driving coil, a closed core, at least a first and a second sensing coil, and a computing device. The one first driving coil generates a magnetic flux. The closed core generates a loop current by sensing the magnetic flux. The first and second sensing coils sense the closed core and generate a first induced voltage and a second induced voltage separately. The computing device receives and computes the first and the second induced voltages to calculate an intensity of external magnetic field sensed by the closed core.
