| 技術摘要 / Our Technology： |
一種以電刺激方式培養細胞或組織之培養裝置，包含板狀導電元件。板狀導電元件包含基材以及形成在基材上之第一導電薄膜與第二導電薄膜。第一導電薄膜係與該第二導電薄膜隔開。第一導電薄膜與該第二導電薄膜係分電連接至一外部電源。細胞或組織係放置於第一導電薄膜與第二導電薄膜上。外部電源輸入一電流脈衝進而以電刺激方式培養細胞或組織。
The invention discloses a culturing apparatus for culturing cells or tissues in electrical stimulation. The culturing apparatus according to the invention includes a plate-like conductive device including a substrate, a first conductive film formed on the substrate and a second conductive film formed on the substrate. The first conductive film is spaced from the second conductive film. The first conductive film and the second conductive film are respectively electrically connected to an external power supply. A cell or a tissue is placed on the first conductive film and the second conductive film. External power supply inputs a current pulse to culture the cell or the tissue in electrical stimulation.
