| 技術摘要 / Our Technology： |
本發明提供一種色澤蛋白質，其包含編碼與SEQ ID NO：1有大於96%一致性的胺基酸序列。該色澤蛋白質源自於地毯海葵(Stichodactyla haddoni)，其吸收光譜為350~650 nm。本發明亦提供一種核苷酸序列，其具有shCP色澤蛋白質之該胺基酸序列編碼的一核苷酸序列。本發明更提供一種載體，其包含shCP色澤蛋白質之核苷酸序列。本發明另提供一種宿主，其包含裝載有shCP色澤蛋白質之核苷酸序列之載體。
