本發明公開一種光觸媒增强的方法和裝置,其方法包括:將一光源照射一表面裝置有超穎材料之光觸媒,俾激活該光觸媒之表面,引發該光觸媒表面之電子電洞對產生;同時,該光觸媒上之超穎材料受該光源照射,進而產生表面電漿共振,俾使電場侷域在該光觸媒之表面,達到增强光觸媒之電子電洞對的游離,且當該光波以入射角���照射該裝置時,其中該光觸媒表面電子電洞對有最强的增益效果。
Disclosed is a method and an device for amplifying a near field of a photocatalyst. The method includes the following steps: a light source emits into a photocatalyst which is equipped with metamaterials on its surface and activates the photocatalyst to induce the electron-hole pairs on the surface; meanwhile, the metamaterials on the photocatalyst is illuminated by the light source to generate surface plasma resonance, and the electric field is confined on the surface of the photocatalyst to enhance the ionization of the electron-hole pairs of the photocatalyst. Furthermore, when the light wave illuminates the device with incident angle &thgr; , the electron-hole pairs on the surface of the photocatalyst shows the greatest enhancing effect.
