一種螺旋電感結構,係包括具第一、第二、第三及第四線段部之第一電感元件,以及具第五、第六、第七及第八線段部之第二電感元件,其中,第一、第二電感元件係層疊設置,以令第一線段部錯位設置於第五線段部之上方,第二線段部錯位設置於第六線段部之上方,第三線段部錯位設置於第七線段部之上方,及第四線段部錯位設置於第八線段部之上方,藉此,對應之線段部間之互感變化量係互相抵銷而能穩定電感値。
Disclosed is a spiral inductor including a first inductance element comprised of first, second, third and fourth sections, and a second inductance element comprised of fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth seconds, wherein the first and second inductance elements are stacked with one another so that the first section can be misaligningly disposed on the sixth section, the third section on the seventh section, and the fourth section disposed on the eighth section, thereby offsetting the mutual inductance generated by corresponding sections to stabilize inductance values.
