本發明提供一種功率放大器及功率放大器網路,功率放大器包括:一基板、一第一變壓器、一差動放大器及一第二變壓器。該第一變壓器的一次側電性連接一輸入節點,該第一變壓器的二次側與該第一變壓器的一次側上下重疊。該第二變壓器的一次側與該第二變壓器的二次側上下重疊,該第二變壓器的二次側電性連接一輸出節點,該輸出節點鄰近於該輸入節點。功率放大器網路包括至少兩個功率放大器,多個功率放大器呈輻射狀的設置且連接到同一輸出節點及同一輸出節點,該輸入節點與該輸出節點皆位於該功率放大器網路的結構中心區域。
A folded-transformer based power amplifier and a power amplifier network are disclosed. The power amplifier comprises a substrate, a first transformer, a differential amplifier and a second transformer. The primary winding of the first transformer is electrically connected to an input node, and the second winding and the primary winding of the first transformer are overlapped. The second winding of the second transformer is electrically connected to an output node, and the primary winding and the second winding of the second transformer are overlapped. The input node is adjacent to the output node. The power amplifier network comprises at least two power amplifier. The plurality of the power amplifier are arranged in radial and connected to the same output node and the same input node, where the input node and the output node are disposed in the center area of the network.
