技術摘要 / Our Technology:
一種三元混合物的分離方法包括以下步驟。提供蒸餾塔系統,其包括第一蒸餾塔及第二蒸餾塔,第一蒸餾塔在第一壓力下操作,第二蒸餾塔在第二壓力下操作,第一壓力不同於第二壓力。將三元混合物進料至蒸餾塔系統的第一蒸餾塔。自第一蒸餾塔的塔頂流與塔底流的其中一者分離出三元混合物中的其中一成分。將第一蒸餾塔的塔頂流與塔底流的另一者進料至第二蒸餾塔。自第一蒸餾塔抽出液相側流,並進料至第二蒸餾塔。蒸餾塔系統中操作壓力較高的蒸餾塔的塔頂流通過熱交換器以加熱蒸餾塔系統中操作壓力較低的蒸餾塔的部分塔底流。
A separation method of a ternary mixture includes the following steps. A distillation column system is provided, which includes a first distillation column and a second distillation column. The first distillation column operates at a first pressure. The second distillation column operates at a second pressure. The first pressure is different from the second pressure. The ternary mixture is fed to the first distillation column of the distillation column system. One of the component in the ternary mixture is separated either by a top stream or a bottom stream of the first distillation column. The other of the top stream and the bottom stream of the first distillation column is fed to the second distillation column. A liquid side stream is withdrawn from the fist distillation column and is fed to the second distillation column. The top stream from the distillation column with higher operating pressure in the distillation column system is passed through a heat exchanger to heat a portion of the bottom stream from the distillation column with lower operating pressure in the distillation column system.
