| 技術摘要 / Our Technology： |
一種用於診斷和監測癌症惡化或治療效果的方法，該方法包括檢測含有循環游離DNA的生物檢體中，至少一基因的甲基化程度，並提供於需要之個體之癌症診斷或預後的引子對和探針。
Provided is a method for diagnosing and monitering progression of cancer or effectiveness of a therapeutic treatment. The method includes detercing a methylation of at least one gene in a biological sample containing circulating free DNA. Also provided are primer pairs and probes for diagnosis or prognosis of cancer in a subject in need thereof.
