| 技術摘要 / Our Technology： |
本發明提供一種發光元件之製作方法，包括以下步驟：提供一發光單元，至少包括一半導體層，提供一光調制單元(optical modulation element)，以一光束通過光調制單元形成干涉條紋，照射於發光元件之第一型半導體層上，藉由干涉條紋，進行一光輔助電化學蝕刻製程，於半導體層形成週期性之結構，在一實施例中，該週期性之結構為光子晶體。 A method for forming a periodic structure is disclosed. A structural layer and an optical modulation element are provided. A light is emitted to pass through the optical modulation element to irradiate interference strips on the structural layer. A photoelectrochemical etching (PEC) is performed to form the periodic structure according the interference strips irradiated on the structural layer.
