| 技術摘要 / Our Technology： |
本發明揭露一種太陽能電池裝置及其製造方法。所述太陽能電池裝置具有提升光吸收效能的奈米結構，包括：一第一導電層，一光電轉換結構設置於該第一導電層上，多個奈米球體散佈嵌入該光電轉換結構的一表面上，各個奈米球體的一部分露出該光電轉換結構外，以及一第二導電層覆蓋該光電轉換結構與該些奈米球體。
Solar cell devices and fabrication methods thereof are presented. A solar cell device with nano-scale structure to improve optical absorption efficiency includes a first conductive layer, an optical-to-electrical conversion structure disposed on the first conductive layer, a plurality of nano-particles dispersed and indented into a surface of the optical-to-electrical conversion structure, wherein part of each nano-particle is exposed from the optical-to-electrical conversion structure, and a second conductive layer disposed overlying the optical-to-electrical conversion structure and the nano-particles.
