本創作係有關於可攜式電動代步車之創作，結合收納式背包套與多連桿折疊機構兩者之原理應用於電動代步車上，達成電動代步車隨身攜帶，使本創作之電動代步車可結合大眾交通系統，讓使用者達到最省能源之點對點移動方式之使用功效。以多連桿式機構組成電動代步車車架，並裝置滑軌、插銷、等機構固定各工件，將工件連結成可折疊式車架。當使用者完成可攜式電動代步車之收折後，可從椅墊下方抽出與車體連結之布套與背帶，並使用拉鍊將布套密封，完全包覆收折後之可攜式電動代步車，使之成為背包形式。本創作之可攜式電動代步車並設有二輔助輪，使用者亦可選擇似行李箱之拖行方式，具有方便攜帶之功能。
This is a creation about a portable electric vehicle. The foldable backpack cover and collapsible multi-link mechanism are combined to form the new portable electric vehicle which can make the portable electric vehicle easily carried and use. Thus, the portable electric vehicle can be combined with public transportation system, to achieve the goal of the most energy-saving point-to-point method of transportation. The multi-link mechanism constructs the frame of the portable electric vehicle, and is equipped with slides, bolts, etc. to constrain each part to form the collapsible frame. As the user finishes folding the vehicle, a cover with straps connected to the frame can be pulled out from the seat, and a zip is adopted to seal the cover to fully coat the folded portable electric vehicle which changes the portable electric vehicle into a ''backpack form.'' The portable electric vehicle also offers two assist wheels, which can let the folded portable electric vehicle be towed as a suitcase, which provides an easy-carrying function.
