| 技術摘要 / Our Technology： |
本發明提供一種分散奈米碳管之方法，係使聚醚胺與奈米碳管於一溶劑中混合，形成一奈米碳管/聚醚胺分散液。藉由控制油性聚醚胺分散劑與奈米碳管之比例，可使奈米碳管均勻分散於水或有機溶劑等中，並可保持穩定長達數個月。將奈米碳管/聚醚胺分散液與環氧樹脂等高分子聚合物均勻混合及乾燥成膜，可有效改善其薄膜特性。
The present invention provides a method for dispersing carbon nanotubes (CNT) whereby a CNT/POA solution is produced by mixing poly(oxyalkylene)-amines (POA) and CNT in a solvent. The hydrophobic POA serves a good dispersant of CNT in water or an organic solvent by controlling weight ratio of them. The dispersion is stable for several months. The dispersion can be further mixed with polymer (epoxy) and then dried to form a film having good properties.
