一種有機發光二極體及其製作方法。此方法是先於基板上形成第一電極。然後,於第一電極上形成電洞注入層,其中電洞注入層含有氧原子。接著,對電洞注入層進行表面處理,以降低電洞注入層的鄰近表面部分的氧原子含量。而後,於電洞注入層上形成有機發光層。之後,於有機發光層上形成第二電極。
An organic light emitting diode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. A first electrode is formed on a substrate. A hole injecting layer is formed on the first electrode, wherein the hole injecting layer contains oxygen atoms. A surface treatment is performed to the hole injecting layer to reduce the oxygen atom content in a portion of the hole injecting layer adjacent to the surface of the hole injecting layer. An organic light emitting layer is formed on the hole injecting layer. A second electrode is formed on the organic light emitting layer.
