本發明係揭露一種微透鏡陣列的製造方法及其微透鏡陣列。該微透鏡陣列的製造方法包含:提供具有一介面親水性改質聚合物層之一基板;利用具有轉換聚合物親水性之光線、氣體或液體,使該介面親水性改質聚合物層產生一親水性區域;在該基板上塗佈一液態材料,以在該親水性區域上凝聚出多個液態微透鏡;以及固化該些液態微透鏡,以形成多個微透鏡。如此,微透鏡陣列的製程具有快速、低成本、無蝕刻轉移及低溫的優點。
The present invention discloses a fabrication method of microlens array and a microlens array thereof. The fabrication method of microlens array comprises: providing a substrate with a interface hydrophilic modified polymer layer; using light, gas or liquid with the property of converting the hydrophilic of polymer to make the photoresist layer generate a hydrophilic area; coating liquid material on the substrate to concentrate a plurality of liquid microlens on the hydrophilic area; and solidifying the liquid microlens to form a plurality of microlens. Therefore, the fabrication method of microlens array has advantages of fast speed, low cost, no etch transfer and low temperature.
