技術摘要 / Our Technology:
一種製造多顆氧化矽顆粒之方法,首先係製備1.0重量份之矽油、至少0.01重量份之催化劑以及至少0.01重量份之有機溶劑。催化劑可以是酸、鹼或金屬鹵化物。接著,本發明之方法係將矽油溶解於有機溶劑內且加入催化劑形成初始溶液。最後,本發明之方法係將初始溶液置於高壓釜中,導入鈍態爐氛,於預定溫度下維持一段時間,確保壓力等於或超過10 atm,致使矽油進行熱裂解成多顆氧化矽顆粒。預定溫度之溫度範圍為400℃~900℃。 A method, according to the invention, of fabricating silicon oxide particles is, firstly, to prepare, in parts by weight, 1.0 parts by weight of a silicone oil, at least 0.01 parts by weight of catalysts, and at least 0.01 parts by weight of organic solvents. The catalyst can be an acid, an alkali or a metal halide. Next, the method according to the invention is to dissolve the silicone oil in the organic solvent and the caralysts to form an initial solution. Finally, the method according to the invention is to place the initial solution in an autoclave, to introduce a passive furnace atmosphere, to maintain the autoclave at a predetermined temperature for a period of time such that the silicone oil thermally decomposes into a plurality of silicon oxide particles. The pressure is in the autoclave needs to be equal to or greater than 10 atm. The predetermined temperature is in a range of from 400℃ to 900℃.
