本發明係一種多層結構之帶通濾波器，其具有三層介電層以及四層金屬層。該些介電層分別係一介電材料所構成之平板結構；以及，該些金屬層係該些介電層之表面以及鄰接面分別披覆形成之金屬導電層，且該些金屬層係包括一第一導線層、一第二導線層、一第一接地層以及一第二接地層；其中，該第一導線層以及第二導線層分別係數個電容部、電感部以及微帶線所構成之微帶線圖騰；以及，該些介電層與金屬層所構成之結構係形成一等效電路，該等效電路係兩個相同的電感電容振盪迴路(LC tank)、一個互容(mutual capacitor)Cs、一個互感(mutual inductor)M和兩個匹配的電容(matching capacitor)C0所組成；前述之電容C0、電容Cs以及電容C0係依序串聯，且兩個電感電容振盪迴路與該串聯電路並聯，並形成對稱之電路，同時產生一互感M之電路效應，而該些電感電容振盪迴路係分別由一電容C1以及一電感L1並聯所形成。
The invention hereof is one kind of band-pass filter in multilayered structure. The filter consists of three dielectric layers and four metal layers. Each dielectric layer is of a planar form, and each metal layer is deposited on top of one adjacent dielectric layer. The four metal layers include the first wire layer, the second wire layer, the first ground layer and the second ground layer. The first wire layer and the second wire layer consist of several capacitors, indictors and striplines made in stripline pattern. All these dielectric layers and metal layers constitute an equivalent circuit. This equivalent circuit consists of two identical LC-tank circuits, one mutual capacitor Cs, one mutual inductor M, and two matching capacitors C0. The two Co and Cs are in series. The two LC-tanks are in parallel with the aforementioned series circuit, and are symmetrical with each other. Each LC tank consists of a capacitor C1 and an inductor L1. The mutual inductor M is induced between the two inductors L1.
