| 技術摘要 / Our Technology： |
本案係為一種發光二極體製造方法，其包含下列步驟：提供一半導體基板；對該半導體基板進行一濕式化學處理，其中包含將該半導體基板浸泡於一蝕刻溶液中；於完成該濕式化學處理之該半導體基板表面形成一絕緣層，該絕緣層之厚度在3奈米以下；以及於該絕緣層上形成一導體層，進而形成一發光二極體構造。
A light emitting diode manufacturing method comprises following steps. A semiconductor substrate is provided. A wet chemical process is conducted to the semiconductor substrate, which includes immersing the semiconductor substrate in an etching solution. Insulation layer with thickness less than 3 nanometers is formed on the surface of the semiconductor substrate after the wet chemical process is completed. A conducting layer is formed on the insulation layer. A light emitting diode structure is then formed through additional processes.
