技術摘要 / Our Technology：

此處所揭露者為一種經交聯之幾丁聚醣，其中交聯劑可包括二元酸或其酸酐，如丙二酸、丁二酸、丁二酸酐、戊二酸、戊二酸酐、具有至少兩個羧基之聚乳酸，且可為胺基所取代，如天門冬酸或麩胺酸。此外，此處亦揭露一種製備經交聯之幾丁聚醣之方法，其中交聯結構之產生較佳係於碳二亞胺之存在下進行，且更佳係於N,N-(3-二甲胺丙基)-N’-乙基-碳二亞胺以及N-羥基-琥珀醯亞胺之存在下進行。
This invention discloses a crosslinked chitosan, wherein the crosslinker comprises a diacid or an anhydride thereof, such as malonic acid, succinic acid, succinic anhydride, glutaric acid, glutaric anhydride, and polylactic acid containing at least two carboxyl groups, and may be substituted by amino group, such as aspartic acid or glutamic acid. In addition, this invention also discloses a method or preparing crosslinked chitosan, wherein the generation of the crosslinking structure is preferably carried out in the presence of carbodiimide and more preferably in the presence of N,N-(3-diaminopropyl)-N'-ethyl-carbodiimide and N-hydroxyl-succimide.
