以雙摻雜晶體光纖光源做拉曼光譜偵測

本發明有關於一種晶體光纖、具有晶體光纖之拉曼光譜儀及其檢測方法,主要將兩種不同濃度的過渡金屬摻雜在藍寶石晶體內以形成晶體光纖。在使用時可使得適當波長的激發光源穿過晶體光纖,以產生一窄頻光源及一寬頻光源,並將窄頻光源及寬頻光源投射至待測物上,待測物將會產生一拉曼放射光,其中寬頻光源的波長分佈範圍涵蓋拉曼放射光的波長分佈範圍,並使得寬頻光源中部分波長的強度增加,而有利於使用者對拉曼放射光進行檢測。
The invention relates to a crystal fiber, a Raman spectrometer using the same and a inspection method thereof. An excitation light beam at a specific wavelength can propagate along the crystal fiber to generate a narrow-band light beam and a wide-band light beam to project on a specimen.
