技術摘要 / Our Technology：
一種鈣鈦礦量子點膜的合成方法，其步驟如下。製備纖維素奈米晶體溶液。纖維素奈米晶體溶液包括具有硫酸基的多個纖維素奈米晶體。製備前驅劑溶液。混合纖維素奈米晶體溶液與前驅劑溶液，以形成混合溶液。過濾混合溶液並進行乾燥，以形成鈣鈦礦量子點膜。
Provided is a method of synthesizing a perovskite quantum dot film including following steps. A cellulose nanocrystal (CNC) solution is prepared. The CNC solution includes a plurality of cellulose nanocrystals with sulfate groups. A precursor solution is prepared. The CNC solution and the precursor solution are mixed to form a mixed solution. The mixed solution is filtered and then dry to form the perovskite quantum dot film.
