技術摘要 / Our Technology:
本發明可於針對細胞或組織產生有效的壓電刺激,利用超音波和剪應力在壓電材料上的交互作用,能夠有效激發細胞受刺激後的信息反應,其刺激效果遠大於單純超音波刺激所激發的壓電效應,對於需要剪應力才能達成的相關細胞反應,如GPCR和壓電反應,本發明都能在相同的輸入能量下,達到更佳的細胞反應成效。
Our technology can create a combined loading of ultrasound and shear stress to interact with piezoelectric materials and induce piezoelectric stimulation to tissues and cells. With the same input energy, cellular responses to ultrasound or piezoelectric stimulation are enhanced greatly by the simultaneous shear stress.
