本發明提供一種有機電致發光表面電漿共振型感測裝置,其包含:一有機電致發光元件,其係提供表面電漿共振波之激發源;一絕緣層,其係鄰設於該有機電致發光元件之一陰極層;以及一感測層,其係用以感測一待測物質。本發明的感測裝置不需外加的雷射光源、偏振器以及濾光片,且其製程易於自動化,可大量量產,因此可以大幅降低製造成本,並且可以配合系統微小化的設計,並可與微流道整合而成為可攜式的裝置。
The present invention provides an organic electroluminescent surface plasma resonance sensing device, which includes an organic electroluminescent device providing an excitation source of surface plasma wave, an insulation layer disposed adjacently to a cathode layer of the organic electroluminescent device, and a sensing layer for sensing a substance to be tested. The sensing device of the present invention requires no external laser source, polarizer and filter, its fabrication process facilitates automation and mass production so as to significantly lower the production cost, and the sensing device can be incorporated with miniaturized system design and integrated with microchannel to become a portable device.
