技術摘要 / Our Technology：

本發明提供一種黃銅礦(chalcopyrite)粉末之製法，包括以下步驟：(a)製備一前驅物溶液，其中前驅物溶液包括IB族化合物、ⅢA族化合物、ⅥA族化合物與一水溶液；以及(b)將前驅物溶液進行一加熱反應以得到黃銅礦粉末。
The invention provides a fabrication method for chalcopyrite powder, comprising: (a) preparing a precursor solution, wherein the precursor solution comprises a Group IB compound, a Group IIIA compound, a Group VIA compound and an aqueous solution; and (b) heating the precursor solution to obtain the chalcopyrite powder.
