技術摘要：

本發明係提供一加速在有孔性材質上均勻反應之方法，且本發明與傳統西方墨點法相比，僅需1/9的檢驗時間及1/100的試劑用量即可達相同的偵測信號強度。 The present invention provides a method for enhancement of uniform reaction on porous materials. With the aid of Western blotting as an exemplary, this invention has been successfully demonstrated its capability on immune-detection signal intensity and needs only 1/9 of processing time by applying 1/100 antibody usage amount compared to those operated in the conventional method.
