本發明揭露一種溫度感測裝置及方法，其中溫度感測裝置包含一漏電流產生模組、一參考電流產生模組、一電壓比較模組以及一弛緩振盪器。漏電流產生模組包含一操作在反向區之金屬氧化物半導體式電容，並產生一正比於絕對溫度之漏電流。參考電流產生模組輸出不隨溫度變化之一參考電流。電壓比較模組，其耦接前述漏電流產生模組及前述參考電流產生模組，前述參考電流及前述漏電流輸入後，經過電阻與電容產生電壓後並進行比較。弛緩振盪器，其耦接前述電壓比較模組，根據前述電壓比較模組比較之結果產生一脈波形式輸出。
The present invention discloses a temperature sensing apparatus and methods. The temperature sensing apparatus comprises a leakage current generating module, a reference current generating module, a voltage comparing module and a relaxation oscillator. The leakage current generating module comprises a metal oxide semiconductor capacitor, which operates in inversion region, generates a leakage current that proportional to absolute temperature. The reference current generating module outputs a reference current which does not change with temperature. The voltage comparing module, which couples to the leakage current generating module and the reference current generating module, inputs the reference current and the leakage current into the resistor and the capacitor to transfer current to voltage and compare them. The relaxation oscillator, which couples to the voltage comparing module, generates a pulse wave form output according to result of the current comparison.
