技術摘要 / Our Technology：

本發明提供一種鎖相迴路裝置,包括相位頻率偵測器、電荷幫浦、電壓控制振盪器、回授除頻器、延遲控制單元及延遲偵測校正單元。其中,延遲控制單元耦接電壓控制振盪器,根據輸入信號及延遲信號產生脈衝信號;以及延遲偵測校正單元耦接延遲控制單元及相位頻率偵測器。延遲偵測校正單元放大回授輸出信號及輸入信號的相位差以更精準的判斷回授輸出信號及輸入信號的相位差,並產生充電控制信號及脈衝信號以分別校正電荷幫浦及電壓控制振盪器進而調整脈衝信號的注入時序。
A device for phase lock loop is provided. The device includes a phase detector, a charge pump, a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO), a delay controlling unit and a delay detection unit, wherein the delay controlling unit is connected to the VCO, generates a pulse signal according to a input signal and a delay signal; and the delay detection unit amplifies a phase difference between a feedback output signal and the input signal to determine the phase difference precisely and calibrates an injection timing of the pulse signal by generating a charge control signal and the delay signal to adjust the charge pump and the VCO respectively.
