一種基因檢測設備，適於對液態基因檢體進行檢測。基因檢測設備包括承載結構、管體、兩定溫熱源及影像擷取裝置。管體配置於承載結構上而沿一方向延伸，其中液態基因檢體適於填充於管體內。兩定溫熱源分別配置於承載結構相對的兩側邊，其中兩定溫熱源對承載結構加熱而使承載結構沿所述方向具有溫度梯度。影像擷取裝置配置於承載結構上方且適於對液態基因檢體進行影像擷取。此外，一種基因檢測方法亦被提及。
A gene inspecting apparatus suitable for inspecting a liquid gene sample is provided. The gene inspecting apparatus includes a supporting structure, a pipe structure, two constant-temperature heat sources and an image capturing device. The tube structure is disposed on the supporting structure and extends along a direction, wherein the liquid gene sample is suitable for filling the tube structure. The two constant-temperature heat sources are disposed at two opposite sides of the supporting structure respectively, wherein the two constant-temperature heat sources heat the supporting structure, such that a temperature gradient along the direction is formed on the supporting structure. The image capturing device is disposed over the supporting structure and is suitable for capturing images from the liquid gene sample. In addition, a gene inspecting method is also provided
