技術摘要 / Our Technology:
本發明係揭露一種三維同調斷層式共焦顯微成像裝置,其中,該裝置則包含有光源模組、參考光源模組、取像模組、分光器、光學濾波器及感測模組;光源模組可由光纖雷射發出寬頻的照明光束;當照明光束照射於待測物品上,藉由取像模組之取像物鏡與壓電致動器,在待測物品的縱向方向產生掃描的影像光束,並與參考光源模組產生的參考光束,形成干涉影像光束,可由光感測器轉變為同調影像電子訊號;干涉影像光束再經由針孔形成共焦影像,由拉曼光譜訊號感測器轉變為共焦影像電子訊號傳輸至外界;由影像處理系統可結合出待測物品三維的同調斷層共焦顯微影像。
This invention provides a better microscope apparatus for the generation of three-dimension Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) with confocal images, using interference scanning light beam. The apparatus comprises: a pumping source module to generating a wide frequency laser beam by using a crystal fiber laser, a pickup module to generating the scanning microscopic images of the sample by using a high NA pickup objective lens and a piezoelectric actuator, a reference source module to generating a reference light beam that interferences with the scanning microscopic images, a sensor module to generating the OCT electric signals of the interference microscopic images by using a photo sensor and the confocal electric signals of the microscopic images by using a raman spectrophotometer following a confocal objective lens and a pinhole. For further application, a 3D florescence microscopic image maybe obtained by replacement a blue pumping laser source and a fluorescence sensor. A 3D microscopy image with the resolution high than 2.0 micrometer in depth and 3.0 micrometer in lateral may be achieved.
