技術摘要 / Our Technology: |
本發明提供一種聚醯亞胺系共聚物及包含其之電子設備及場效應電晶體。該聚醯亞胺系共聚物是一種生物基聚合物,其包括:二酐與二胺的共聚物,其中該二胺係合成自異山梨醇。本發明新穎之聚醯亞胺系共聚物具有優異之熱特性和機械性質,有利於軟性電子的應用。因此,該聚醯亞胺系共聚物用為基於聚合物的有機場效應電晶體的軟性基材和電介質,其表現出改善的熱強韌性和機械強度。本發明之生物基聚醯亞胺系共聚物可在軟性電子中實現永續經濟的應用潛力。
The instant disclosure relates to a polyimide-based copolymer and electronics and field-effect transistors comprising the same. The polyimide-based copolymer is a bio-based polymer, which comprises: a copolymer of dianhydride and diamine, wherein the diamine is synthesized from isosorbide. The novel polyimide-based copolymer of the instant invention has superior thermal and mechanical properties, which is favorable in the application of flexible electronics. Thus, the polyimide-based copolymer can be employed as flexible substrate and dielectrics for polymer based organic field effect transistors which showed improved thermal and mechanical robustness. The polyimide-based copolymer of the instant invention can realize the potential application of bio-based polyimides in flexible electronics to realize the sustainable economy.
