本發明揭露一種發光裝置,其包含基板、第一金屬層以及紅外光發光元件。基板具有第一表面,並且第一金屬層形成於基板之第一表面上。紅外光發光元件形成於第一金屬層上,並且紅外光發光元件包含由介電層與第二金屬層所形成之介電金屬介面。本發明之第一金屬層係可有效抑制來自基板之背景輻射,致使發光裝置可在高溫操作,且可放射出頻寬很窄的紅外光。
The invention discloses a light emitting device including a substrate, a first metal layer and an infrared light emitter. The substrate has a first surface, and the first metal layer is formed on the first surface of the substrate. The infrared light emitter is formed on the first metal layer and includes a dielectric metal interface consisting of a dielectric later and a second metal layer. The first metal layer of the invention is capable of suppressing the background thermal radiation resulted from the substrate, such that the light emitting device can be operated at high temperature and then emits infrared with narrow bandwidth.
