| 技術摘要 / Our Technology： |
一種呼吸引導之跑步方法及其裝置。其裝置包括一步伐模組、一呼吸模組以及一回饋模組。此步伐模組偵測使用者的步伐情況，並轉換此步伐情況為第一訊號。此呼吸模組偵測此使用者的呼吸情況，並轉換此呼吸情況為第二訊號。此回饋模組用以引導此使用者跟隨此第一訊號進行呼吸，並比較此第一訊號與此第二訊號是否同步，藉以進行呼吸調整。
A method for running with respiratory guidance and device using the same are provided. The device includes a pace module, a respiratory module, and a feedback module. The pace module detects the pace situation of a user and transforms the pace situation to a first signal. The respiratory module detects the respiratory situation of the user and transforms the respiratory situation to a second signal. The feedback module is configured for guiding the user to follow the first signal to respire and compares the first signal and the second signal if synchronous to execute a respiratory adjustment.
