| 技術摘要 / Our Technology： |
本發明提供一種磷系奈米矽片阻燃劑及其製造方法，係以聚醚胺(polyoxyalkylene)與六氯三磷氮環(hexachlorophosphazene，HCP)反應後，進一步與奈米矽片(NSP)進行簡單之分散摻混所形成。此難燃劑亦可作為環氧樹脂的硬化劑，形成難燃型複合材料，應用在電子等材料上。
A phosphorous NSP flame retardant is disclosed. Hexachlorotriphosphazene (HCP) of high concentrations is first reacted with poly(oxyalkylene)amine. Then nanosilicate platelets (NSP) are mixed with the above HCP product to obtain the phosphorous NSP flame retardant. The flame retardant can be further applied to an epoxy resin as a curing agent.
